These terms apply when you use the Dubai Appliance Care website or request an appliance repair, installation, maintenance, or diagnostic visit.
Bookings and Access
A booking request is subject to technician availability and confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, location, appliance, and fault information, and for ensuring safe and timely access to the appliance and property.
Inspection, Diagnosis, and Quotes
Prices depend on the appliance, fault, labour, required parts, and site conditions. Any initial estimate may change after physical inspection. We will explain material additional work or cost before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Parts and Repair Outcomes
Parts are subject to availability and compatibility. Some faults may require further testing, additional visits, or replacement rather than repair. We cannot guarantee that every appliance will be economical or technically possible to repair.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed with the booking or invoice. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. A visit or diagnostic charge may apply if a technician has already been dispatched or access is unavailable.
Customer Responsibilities
Please disclose known hazards, prior repairs, access restrictions, and relevant appliance history. Do not operate an appliance that appears unsafe, is leaking, smells of burning or gas, or is causing electrical problems; disconnect it safely where possible and seek appropriate emergency assistance when necessary.
Warranty and Liability
Any applicable repair or parts warranty will be stated on the invoice or written confirmation and may be subject to conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, pre-existing damage, concealed faults, misuse, third-party work, or failures unrelated to the service supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
